By accessing or using The Fruit Seller Tarot website, Discord community, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Purchases

The Fruit Seller Tarot sells physical tarot decks and associated digital content. All purchases are subject to availability. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability at any time.

Kickstarter backers are subject to the terms of the Kickstarter platform in addition to these terms.

3. Deck Ownership and Tokens

Each physical deck includes a unique QR code that can be used to claim one Charme token on the Cardano blockchain. This token serves as proof of authentic deck ownership and unlocks access to exclusive content and community features.

The Charme token is yours to keep, transfer, or sell. However, transferring the token means the recipient will have access to deck-holder benefits, and you will lose them.

4. Discord Community

Our Discord community is open to all, but certain channels and features are restricted to verified deck holders. We expect all community members to treat each other with respect and kindness. Harassment, hate speech, and disruptive behaviour will result in removal.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, and content on this website are the property of the-old-tales and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Purchasers of a physical deck are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the cards for readings and personal study.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Fruit Seller Tarot is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. Tarot readings are not a substitute for professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on tarot readings or content provided through our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Discord. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
